Complete Internal and External Revitalization

The project spanned both internal and external refurbishments. Every electrical and plumbing component throughout the building was updated, ensuring that the property met modern standards of safety and efficiency. The introduction of a shower room and a full bathroom provided additional amenities while maintaining the aesthetic coherence of the design.

Architectural Enhancements and Lighting Improvements

The team creatively opened up the roof space, crafting a vaulted ceiling within the sitting room that, combined with strategically placed roof lights, dramatically transformed the space with an influx of natural light. The property's windows and doors were replaced with new aluminium glazing and door systems, providing improved insulation and a modern touch.

Interior Finishing and Kitchen Excellence
